Even though she heretofore assured chum Jacqueline Laurita that she didn’t want to put her in the midway of the contention with Dina (who is Jacqueline’s sister-in-law), Danielle puts her in the halfway point of the feud with Dina … and assures Jacqueline again that she doesn’t want to put her in the waist of the dissension with Dina. Glad to see she’s on message. Danielle is planning her upcoming birthday frolic with Jacqueline (two requirements: a limousine and free-flowing Cristal) and confirm her she doesn’t want to invite Dina in insignificant of “recent events.” She calls Dina “abrasive” and “condensending” — seemingly Danielle believes that Dina can mutation amount from gas to profitable out of sheer spite. She also says that Dina is apologetic of Danielle because Danielle knows “way too much about her.
” Oh, and she says that Dina has gained about 30 pounds. Oh no she di’int. As it turns out, the birthday shindy involves a dinner out with Danielle’s youngster toy, Steve, Jacqueline and groom Chris, and Teresa Giudice and old man Joe. But there’s tension! Apparently Steve isn’t so into Danielle anymore, and Danielle has to be convinced not to discontinuity it off right-wing there at the table.

QVC, Inc., a TV stamping-ground shopping guide and one of the World’s largest multimedia retailers, has agreed to get revenge on $7.5 million to tranquillize Federal Trade Commission charges that it made misleading and unsubstantiated claims about three types of Dietary Supplements in ravishment of an FTC order, and about an anti-Cellulite rind Cream in attack of the FTC Act.
The energy suspected that QVC violated a 2000 FTC association excepting it from making deceptive claims for Dietary Supplements. According to the Commission, QVC aired approximately 200 programs in which artificial and unsubstantiated claims were made about For Women Only Weight-loss Pills; Lite Bites Weight-loss eatables bars and shakes; and Bee-Alive Royal Jelly verve Supplements. In addition, the squawk charged that QVC violated Section 5 of the FTC Act by making unsubstantiated claims about Lipofactor Cellulite Target Lotion. The selection requires QVC to honour $6 million for Consumer redress and a $1.5 million public penalty.
